Let the popsicle making begin!
The steps:
- Basically, you are going to add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth.
- Then, you’re going to pour the liquid into your popsicle mold (here’s the one I used), and freeze until they’re ready to be enjoyed.
- One tip: don’t add the water right away while blending. If your blender can handle making everything smooth without you needing to stop and scrape down the sides, then you’ve got a good consistency. I found that I needed to add a little water here and there to make my blender do that. Everyone will be different, but don’t worry, a little bit more or less water won’t change the deliciousness of your popsicles.

Substitutions:
- Raspberries would be a good replacement for strawberries.
- You could try subbing limes for lemons. The taste would be a little different, but still good.
Recommended kitchen items:
- Blendtec blender. This is one of my absolute favorite appliances in my kitchen.
- 10 slot popsicle mold. This mold is great. It comes with the sticks and you just have to push from the bottom to get the popsicles out. No need to run under hot water.
