Ginger Turmeric Tea

This tea smells like your favorite warm holiday drink, but has completely different ingredients. I love drinking this tea all the time, but especially when I’m sick, have a stomach ache, or just feel like I need some anti-inflammatory goodness in my life. Since we use fresh ginger and turmeric, this tea has a nice kick of spice to it. This recipe makes a big batch that you can store in your refrigerator and then pour into individual cups whenever you’d like some. Follow the recipe here to get this goodness in your life.

Gluten And Dairy Free Lasagna (GF, DF, Egg free, Soy free)

This lasagna is so warm and filling. If you’re gluten and dairy free, you will love this recipe and it will help you feel like you’re not missing out on the original dish. We use brown rice lasagna noodles, a yummy ground turkey sauce with zucchini, and cashew ricotta to add that creamy layer. It’s easy to assemble and totally satisfying, so check out the recipe here.

Creamy Pumpkin Pasta (GF, DF, Egg free, Nut free, Soy free)

Not only is this Fall/Winter meal delicious and satisfying, but it also uses our favorite ingredient: pumpkin puree. A delicious blend of spices and herbs enhances ground turkey to make a sausage that adds depth and warmth to this pasta. It’s warm, it’s tasty, and it’s very allergy friendly by being gluten, dairy and nut free. Dinner can be done in 20 minutes with this easy dish, so check out the recipe for this Creamy Pumpkin Pasta.

Adding a little pumpkin puree to your homemade tomato soup will enhance its creaminess and flavor. This Creamy Tomato Soup with Pumpkin is so easy to make, hard to mess up, and the flavor is next level. A warm bowl of soup, maybe with some added grilled cheese or croutons, is a thing of beauty on a chilly day. Check out the recipe and see how easy it can be to make your own tomato soup.

S’mores Ice Cream (Soy free, Nut free, Gluten free option)

S’mores Ice Cream is a great way to eat your favorite summer treat without the heat. We whip up some homemade vanilla ice cream and then mix in some homemade s’mores bark for a *chef’s kiss*. Both are easy to make and I’ll walk you through it in the recipe here. Feel free to use this vanilla ice cream base for just about any mix-in you can imagine.
