This yummy and creamy cilantro lime dressing if perfect for tacos or salads. Heck, I even dip veggies in it. And I’ve used it as a nightshade-free pizza sauce. It’s so easy to make and so fresh tasting. Give it a try and level up your meal.

Let the blending begin!
The steps:
- All you need to do is blend all of the ingredients. I like using a small blender, like the magic bullet mini.
- That’s it. Pour or spoon over your favorite foods.

Substitutions:
- Garlic powder and onion powder can replace fresh.
- You can sub a pure extra virgin olive oil mayo, or a vegan mayo, for the pure avocado oil mayo.
- Avocado oil can sub for extra virgin olive oil.

Recommended kitchen items:
- Magic Bullet Mini. This is a great little blender for sauces or a smoothie when you’re out of town.

Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing
(Paleo, Keto, GF, DF, Nut-free, Soy-free, Nightshade-free)
Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ yellow onion peeled
- ⅓ cup avocado about half an avocado
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ⅓ cup pure avocado oil mayo
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 limes juiced (start with 1, then add more to taste)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small blender. If you don't think you want your dressing all that tangy, start with 1 lime, taste, and then add more in if it needs it.
- That's it! Enjoy on your favorite taco or taco salad.
Notes
-You can adjust the amount of oil to create the thickness you want. This one is thick and creamy, so add more oil to make it thinner.
