Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing (Paleo, Keto, Gluten free, Dairy free, Nut-free, Soy-free)

This yummy and creamy cilantro lime dressing if perfect for tacos or salads. Heck, I even dip veggies in it. And I’ve used it as a nightshade-free pizza sauce. It’s so easy to make and so fresh tasting. Give it a try and level up your meal.

Let the blending begin!

The steps:

  • All you need to do is blend all of the ingredients. I like using a small blender, like the magic bullet mini.
  • That’s it. Pour or spoon over your favorite foods.

Substitutions:

  • Garlic powder and onion powder can replace fresh.
  • You can sub a pure extra virgin olive oil mayo, or a vegan mayo, for the pure avocado oil mayo.
  • Avocado oil can sub for extra virgin olive oil.

Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

(Paleo, Keto, GF, DF, Nut-free, Soy-free, Nightshade-free)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ yellow onion peeled
  • cup avocado about half an avocado
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • cup pure avocado oil mayo
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 limes juiced (start with 1, then add more to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small blender. If you don't think you want your dressing all that tangy, start with 1 lime, taste, and then add more in if it needs it.
  • That's it! Enjoy on your favorite taco or taco salad.

Notes

-You can adjust the amount of oil to create the thickness you want. This one is thick and creamy, so add more oil to make it thinner.
