We can’t forget dessert! I think it’s important to allow yourself some treats sometimes. This mint chocolate protein shake is naturally sweetened and indulgent. It has the cleanest protein powder I’ve ever found, and will help satisfy that sweet tooth.

Let the blending begin!
The steps:
- All you need to do is add the ingredients to a blender! It’s so easy to make.
- You will add each ingredient, except for the bone broth protein powder, to your blender and blend until very smooth.
- The unflavored bone broth protein powder (I use Paleovalley’s and it’s amazing), is then added to the blender with the rest of the shake.
- Turn the blender on low and just let it blend for a few seconds, about 5, or until the shake is very smooth again.
- Pour the shake into glasses and either drink right away, or put it in your freezer for about 20 minutes.
- If you put your shake in your freezer, make sure to give it a good stir before drinking. Yum!

Substitutions:
- You can sub dairy milk or your favorite non-dairy milk for coconut milk.
- You can use a chocolate or vanilla flavored protein powder in place of the unflavored bone broth protein powder. If you do this, omit the ingredients you are replacing (ie no cacao for a chocolate powder, and no vanilla for a vanilla powder)
Recommended kitchen items:
- Blendtec blender. This is one of my absolute favorite appliances in my kitchen.
- Black stainless steel straw. I love the look of these straws, and they’re reusable.
