Sourdough Pizza Crust (Soy free, Nut free, Egg free)

High quality homemade sourdough pizza is attainable, delicious, and absolutely worth the effort. Our family has been doing “Friday Night Pizza Night” for years and years, and it’s only gotten better over time. We will occasionally order or buy pizzas, but now that I’ve developed this sourdough crust recipe, it’s hard to imagine eating anything else. The crust’s flavor has depth, but is not sour tasting. It’s light and airy and chewy- which is just about everything you want in a pizza crust texture. Making pizza at home is a fun event, and I’ll take you through the easy steps to make your own delicious sourdough crust, with minimal equipment and ingredients.

My family loves this dip with sliced apples, and I’m sure your family will love it too. You can easily make this dip with regular cream cheese, and you’ll find it’s delicious either way. Roasted Garlic and Jalapeno Vinaigrette (Gluten free, Dairy free, Paleo, Vegan, Whole30, Nut free, Soy free, Egg free)

With a burst of flavor from the roasted garlic and jalapeno, you will love this dressing. My personal favorite two ways to use it is on salmon taco bowls and cucumber salad. I recommend doubling the recipe, because you’ll want to put it on everything. This dressing has simple ingredients, is quick to make, and I’ll show you how in the recipe on this post.

Orange Berry Pavlova (Gluten free, Dairy free, Grain free, Soy free)

Pavlova is an absolutely delicious dessert that has a crisp exterior and marshmallow-y center. It looks fancy, but has simple ingredients. You essentially bake whipped egg whites and sugar into a cake and top it with cream and fruit. In this recipe, I outline the little things you need to know to make a successful pavlova. This particular recipe is also dairy free, although you can use heavy cream if desired, and is naturally gluten free. A pavlova is a show stopping dessert that I’m sure you’ll love. Check out the recipe and steps outlined in this post.
